Credit for Additional Hours. Administrators will maintain the salary advancement for additional hours of college or university credits or additional degrees in effect on June 30, 2013 or upon date of hire. For work performed in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, Administrators who qualify under the terms of the salary schedule currently in force for advancement in salary for additional hours of college or university credits or by any additional degrees shall be paid on the new schedule at a pro-rated amount to be determined at the time the proper evidence of additional hours has been certified by the personnel department. Credit shall be given on the following scale: MA+15 $1,500 MA+30 $3,200 MA+45 $3,500 Ed S $3,700 PhD $4,000

Credit for Additional Hours. Additional hours of college credit earned during a school year will be reflected by appropriate advancement on the salary schedule where such credit is properly certified to the Treasurer by submitting a written dated request including the column move and supporting official transcripts. Opportunity for advancement under this section shall be available two (2) times per contract year, as follows:
Credit for Additional Hours. To be eligible for a lateral move at the beginning of the school year, a certified copy of the transcript and a letter of request must be filed with the superintendent by November 1. In order to be eligible for a lateral move on the salary schedule at the beginning of the second semester, a certified copy of the transcript and a letter of request must be filed with the superintendent by March 1. A member who qualifies for advancement to another column on the salary schedule shall be placed on the equivalent step in the new column as indicated by his/her training and years of credited experience.   • Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.

  • Documents Required to be Delivered on each Issuance Notice Date The Agent’s obligation to use its commercially reasonable efforts to place Shares hereunder shall additionally be conditioned upon the delivery to the Agent on or before the Issuance Notice Date of a certificate in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, executed by the Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to the effect that all conditions to the delivery of such Issuance Notice shall have been satisfied as at the date of such certificate (which certificate shall not be required if the foregoing representations shall be set forth in the Issuance Notice).
