CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. We will reimburse you for the financial loss which you sustain as the result of the loss or theft of your credit card(s) up to $50.00 for each card registered with us at the time of the loss or theft. The aggregrate we will pay for all cards lost or stolen shall not exceed $1,000.00.

CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. In the event of an insured person sustaining bodily injury which results in death, as a result of a covered accident, we will pay for the credit card payment under such insured person's credit cards. The maximum amount we will pay in total under section 7 in respect of any one insured person shall not exceed the Sum Insured of the plan selected. This section will not apply to any insured person aged below 17 years at the time of the accident.
CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. In the event of a claim being paid for the accidental death of the Insured Person under this insurance, the Company shall also reimburse the estate of the Insured Person for any outstanding balance charged to the Insured Person's credit card for sundries incurred up to maximum thirty (30) days before the date of Accident during the time when the Insured Person is living outside Macau for the purpose of his/her study at the OEI up to the limit stated in the Schedule of Benefits. This benefit shall not apply to an Insured Person aged under seventeen (17) years of age. Exclusions applicable to Section 9 - Credit Card Protection No benefits will be provided for any of the followings:
CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. In the event of a claim payable for the accidental death of the Insured Person under Section 2 (Personal Accident), the Company shall also reimburse the estate of the Insured Person for any outstanding balance charged to the Insured Person's credit card(s) for goods purchased by the Insured Person during the insured Journey up to the Maximum Benefit stated in the Schedule of Benefits.
CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. We will pay up to the Limit of Indemnity stated in the Schedule for the outstanding balance of the deceased Insured Person for items and sundries charged to his/her credit cards as at the date of Accident if during the Covered Trip the Insured Person sustains Injury which directly causes or results in his/her death, provided the Accidental death benefit is paid or payable for the same Injury.
CREDIT CARD PROTECTION. The Company will pay up to the Amount of Benefit stated in the Schedule for the outstanding balance of the Insured Person’s credit card(s) for purchases during a Covered Trip and services charges, if the Insured Person suffers loss of life during a Covered Trip, where 1) benefit under Insuring Clause 1A, Section a) is payable and 2) the Insured Person is legally liable to the outstanding balance and services charges.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your Account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Plus, VISA, CO-OP, and ACCEL networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in any one (1) day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. • If you incur a charge in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. Please see the Foreign Transactions section below. Also, transactions in certain countries may be blocked and will require a manual or verbal authorization for approval. Please check with us prior to departure to determine if your destination country is atfected. However, the right to deny such transactions is within our sole discretion and atfected countries may change at any time.

  • Merchant Obligations (1) Merchant shall provide a valid, working administrative email address on enrolment. Any changes to Merchant’s account must be made via the administrative email address provided upon enrolment. The security of Merchant’s account is dependent in part upon Merchant maintaining the security of such administrative email address. Merchant shall be fully and solely responsible for any unauthorized changes to Merchant’s account via this email address. (2) Merchant will be given an ID code and password to allow Merchant to have access to Gateway Services. Merchant shall be fully and solely responsible for the establishment and maintenance of procedures to insure the control and confidentiality of identification codes and passwords and other access procedures (“Codes”). FAILURE TO PROTECT THE CODES MAY ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES TO ACCESS THE GATEWAY SERVICES. Merchant is required to put in place internal procedures to limit such risk, including, but not limited to (a) changing the password at least once every 120 calendar days; (b) keeping every identification code under secure conditions; and (c) not keeping, in any form or in any place, any list of passwords. Merchant agrees to comply with any access or identification procedures and security protocols established from time to time by ISO, and if Merchant believes that any Code or security procedures has or may have become known by an unauthorized person (whether employed by Merchant or not), Merchant shall immediately notify ISO by telephone and confirm to ISO in writing such oral notification within 24 hours.

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
