The insured person definition

The insured person means a natural person paying the state social insurance contributions for himself and for whom the state social insurance contributions are paid or had to be paid under law according to the procedure established by the State Social Insurance Law.

The insured person means a natural person for whom the insurer must pay unemployment insurance contributions in the manner prescribed by law. Having become unemployed the person shall be entitled under the conditions and according to the procedure set out by this Law to the unemployment insurance benefit.
