Credit Card Authorization. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZE XXXXXXX TO CHARGE ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO ANY CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDE TO US, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS XXXXXXX WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.
Credit Card Authorization. Being the cardholder or corporate officer, by accepting this Agreement, Licensee understands and agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement, agrees to pay, and specifically authorizes Licensor to charge the credit card provided by Licensee as its payment method for all charges contemplated in this Agreement. In the event the credit card provided by Licensee becomes invalid, Licensee will provide Licensor with a new valid credit card upon request, to be charged for the payment of any outstanding balances owed pursuant to this Agreement. Licensee hereby warrants and represents that they have the authority to provide the aforesaid authorization. Licensor will perform an initial credit card authorization for the payment(s) due pursuant to this Agreement to validate available credit and may perform further authorizations for additional amounts payable at later dates.
Credit Card Authorization. I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, I understand that by "clicking" that I have read the terms and conditions of this property, I am bound by this agreement and I have signed "electronically, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after leased premises are vacated. Additional charges may include, but not limited to: unauthorized cable, satellite TV or internet charges, additional cleanings due to excessive trash, dirt, sand, etc, remediation of damage caused by smoking and/or pet(s) or any damages determined to be beyond normal wear and tear.

Xxxxxx xxxxxx gives authorization to Lessor to charge against credit card provided all amounts billed for this transaction including applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. For a rental/lease transaction, charges may be recurring and additional billing and charges will occur until such time as all Equipment and respective accessories are returned and the rental is terminated.
Credit Card Authorization. For any undisputed amount(s) Seller may owe to Newegg under this Agreement, Newegg may charge the Seller’s corporate credit card on file. Seller hereby acknowledges and authorizes Newegg to charge such credit card without the need for further notice on Newegg’s part.

Please remember that you are renting a private home. NO PARTIES, EVENTS or PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability and damages. Please treat the property with the same respect you would like shown in your own home.

Licensee agrees and gives express written consent to ACMSS to charge all Licensing Fees (including Re-Licensing Licensure Fees) to the credit card, alternate credit card or any other credit card number Licensee provides, verbal, electronic, or written, to ACMSS. Licensee, and/or Licensee's representative (i.e., administrator, manager, employer, etc.) who signs this Agreement, specifically represents to ACMSS that Licensee has the ability to authorize charges to the credit card numbers provided by Licensee to ACMSS. Licensee will indemnify ACMSS for any costs it may incur as a result of Licensee's unauthorized credit card use. If ACMSS provides Licensee with notice that Licensee's credit card will not process any fees due pursuant to this Agreement, Licensee will immediately provide ACMSS with an alternate working credit card number or valid method of payment, written or verbal, prior to lapse in Licensing and Licensure. Upon immediate notification or access to website login, or limited access, Licensee will immediately bring Licensing and/or Re-Licensing credential Licensure back into compliance.
