Copies of Subcontracts. Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of award, the Design-Builder shall provide fully executed copies of all subcontracts identified in the subcontracting plan to the Contracting Officer (CO), City Administrator (CA), District of Columbia Auditor and the Director of DSLBD.
Copies of Subcontracts. The Sub-Recipient shall submit copies of all subcontracts to the AAAPP within thirty (30) days of execution of each subcontract agreement.

Monitoring the Performance of Contractors The Contractor shall monitor, at least once per fiscal year, each of its subcontractors, subrecipients, vendors, and/or consultants paid from funds provided under this contract. The Contractor shall perform fiscal, administrative, and programmatic monitoring to ensure contractual compliance, fiscal accountability, programmatic performance, and compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The Contractor shall monitor to ensure that the budget is met, the scope of work is accomplished within the specified time periods, and other performance goals stated in this contract are achieved.

Copies of Subcontracts. XXXX shall furnish a copy of any subcontract or third party contract, including those with any Supplier, to City within two (2) days after it is requested by City. City shall have no obligation to make such a request, or to review any Subcontract or Supplier when received, and no review, non-review, objection or failure to object by City shall relieve XXXX and its Subcontractors and Suppliers from their responsibilities for fulfilling this Agreement’s requirements.
