Subcontracting Plan definition

Subcontracting Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i)
Subcontracting Plan. A subcontracting plan is NOT REQUIRED from a small business concern.
Subcontracting Plan means the plan developed by the Contractor which outlines the Contractor’s expected approach to subcontracting, including promoting disadvantaged and small business participation, in the Construction Phase of the Project. The Subcontracting Plan shall detail the opportunities that the Contractor has identified for possible participation by ESBs and DBEs. The Subcontracting Plan shall be included in each Bid Package prepared by the Contractor and may be considered by CDOT when determining the goal for DBE participation to be applied to the Construction Phase.

Examples of Subcontracting Plan in a sentence

  • The Engineer agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan Requirements with an assigned goal or a zero goal, as determined by the State.

  • No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.

  • If the scope of services is less than $100,000.00, a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required.

More Definitions of Subcontracting Plan

Subcontracting Plan means the plan set forth in Exhibit C-1, as such plan may be updated from time to time in accordance with the procedures described in Section 8.1(C) (Amendments to CWZ Plans).
Subcontracting Plan means the Design-Builder’s plan for entering into Subcontracts, to be developed as part of the Stage 1 Preliminary Services in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix 2 and the attachment to Appendix 11 and finalized on the GMP Amendment Date in accordance with Section 32.4.(C).
Subcontracting Plan. The Offeror shall submit a Subcontracting Plan in accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-9 and DFARs Clause 252.219-7003 or DFARS 252.219-7004 if the offeror has a comprehensive subcontracting plan. (For reference see FAR 19.704 and DFARS 219-704). Subcontracting Plans shall reflect and be consistent with the commitments offered in the Small Business Participation Plan. The negotiation of a subcontracting plan shall not be considered as reopening of negotiations closed by a Final Proposal Revision. This requirement is not applicable to Small Business Concerns. Subcontracting Plan means the plan to carry out the providing of Certified Diverse Suppliers with the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in providing deliverables, Products and Services to the fullest extent consistent with efficient contract performance.

Subcontracting Plan. A large business is required to submit an Acceptable subcontracting plan(s) in accordance with Attachment S-4. A subcontracting plan is NOT REQUIRED from small business concerns and will not be evaluated.
