The same person may be the Contracting Party for some or all of the services, duties and responsibilities to, for and of the Trust, any Sub-Trust and/or the Trustees, and the contracts with respect thereto may contain such terms interpretive of or in addition to the delineating of the services, duties and responsibilities provided for, including provisions that are not inconsistent with the 1940 Act relating to the standard of duty of and the rights to indemnification of the Contracting Party and other, as the Trustees may determine.
