AAAPP Determinations Clause Samples
AAAPP Determinations. The AAAPP reserves the exclusive right to make certain determinations in the tasks performed by the Sub- Recipient and the approaches used by the Sub-Recipient to perform those tasks. The absence of the AAAPP setting forth a specific reservation of rights does not mean that all other areas of the contract are subject to mutual agreement.
AAAPP Determinations. The AAAPP will review and evaluate the performance of the Sub-recipient under the terms of this contract. The AAAPP’s determination of acceptable performance shall be conclusive. The Sub-recipient agrees to cooperate with the AAAPP in monitoring the progress of completion of the service tasks and deliverables.
