Common use of Copies of Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Copies of Subcontracts. If the Contractor has a subcontracting plan required by law for this contract, the Contractor shall submit fully executed copies of all subcontracts identified in the subcontracting plan to the CO, PM, District of Columbia Auditor and the Director of DSLBD within twenty-one (21) days of the execution of a Task Order.
