Long Lead Materials. LMIC and Aldeburgh shall agree upon and maintain a list of Long-Lead Materials, which shall be reviewed upon the receipt of each Aldeburgh forecast and updated as necessary. Upon receipt of forecasts, LMIC shall promptly notify Aldeburgh of the quantities and cost of Long-Lead Materials and the schedule by which they must be ordered in order to meet forecasted requirements ("Long-Lead Notice"). Unless specifically instructed in writing otherwise within five business days, LMIC shall order Long-Lead Materials in accordance with the Long-Lead Notice.
