Contribution – Employee Only. Effective January 1, 2019, the District will pay the total cost of the premiums towards the lower/lowest cost employee-only plan, for each permanent certified employee who works twenty (20) or more hours per week. The District will pay no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium for the other employee-only plans. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for the employee-only health plan coverage.
Contribution – Employee Only. The District will contribute no less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the total cost of the premium toward employee only coverage. The employee will pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for employee-only health dental coverage.
Contribution – Employee Only. Effective January 1, 2012, the District will contribute $5,367.84 annually for employee-only health insurance premiums. Effective January 1, 2015, the District shall contribute $6,068 annually for employee-only health insurance. Effective January 1, 2016, the District shall contribute $6,500 annually for employee-only health insurance. Effective January 1, 2017, the District and Union agree to a re-opener for employee-only insurance contributions.

Contribution – Employee Only. Effective January 1, 2014, the employee’s annual cost for dental coverage shall be as follows: Employee only: $100 Employee +1: $200 Employee + Family: $300
