Contracting for Operational and Administrative Services. X. Xxxxxxxx to relevant law, the School may contract with third party providers for operational and administrative services. The School shall follow applicable laws, as they apply to charter schools, related to procuring and contracting for goods and services and adhere to best practices, including standards related to arms-length negotiations and arrangements and conflicts of interest. The School will adopt policies and procedures relating to the procurement and contracting of goods and services. The District may offer guidance on such policies and review contracts on a case by case basis as requested by the School.

The School shall follow applicable laws, as they apply to charter schools, related to procuring and contracting for goods and services and adhere to best practices, including standards related to arms-length negotiations and arrangements and conflicts of interest. The Institute encourages the School to adopt policies and procedures relating to the procurement and contracting of goods and services. Policies and procedures related to the procurement and contracting of goods and services that utilize federal funds is required.

Related to Contracting for Operational and Administrative Services

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
