CONSULTANT WORK SCHEDULE. The CONSULTANT is required to prepare and submit to the COUNTY, on a monthly basis commencing with the issuance of the NOTICE TO PROCEED, a CONSULTANT'S WORK SCHEDULE. The WORK SCHEDULE must set forth the time and manpower scheduled for all of the various phases and/or tasks required to provide, perform and complete all of the services and work required for completion of the various phases and/or tasks of the project services as set forth in EXHIBIT "C" in such a manner that the CONSULTANT'S planned and actual work progress can be readily determined. The CONSULTANT'S WORK SCHEDULE of planned and actual work progress must be updated and submitted by the CONSULTANT to the COUNTY on a monthly basis.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.
