Comprehensive Automobile Liability. In an amount not less than One Million dollars ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit for both bodily injury and property damage covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles utilized in or related to Contractor’s activity or performance under the Agreement, the Services or Scope of Services, or any Task Order(s).
Comprehensive Automobile Liability. Comprehensive automobile liability insurance covering owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles must be carried by the Consultant and its sub-consultants. The limits of liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury liability and $500,000 per occurrence for property damage liability.
