Comprehensive Automobile Liability. Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.
Comprehensive Automobile Liability. This insurance shall be written in comprehensive form and shall protect the CONSULTANT and the additional insureds against all claims for injuries to members of the public and damage to property of others arising from the use of motor vehicle, and shall cover operation on or off the site of all motor vehicles licensed for highway use, whether they are owned, non-owned, or hired. Comprehensive Automobile Liability. In an amount not less than One Million dollars ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit for both bodily injury and property damage covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles utilized in or related to Contractor’s activity or performance under the Agreement, the Services or Scope of Services, or any Task Order(s).
Comprehensive Automobile Liability. Comprehensive automobile liability insurance covering owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles must be carried by the Consultant and its sub-consultants. The limits of liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury liability and $500,000 per occurrence for property damage liability.
Comprehensive Automobile Liability or (4) Professional Liability is understood and agreed to cover any and all of the services or work set forth in Agreement Exhibit "A" and all subsequent Change Orders or Supplemental Task Authorizations. In the event the COUNTY shall execute and issue a written Change Order or Supplemental Task Authorization authorizing the CONSULTANT to provide or perform services or work in addition to those set forth in Agreement Exhibit "A", it is agreed that the COUNTY has the right to change the amount of insurance coverages required to cover the additional services or work. If the additional insurance coverages established exceeds the amount of insurance coverage carried by the CONSULTANT, the compensation established for the Change Order or Supplemental Task Authorization shall include consideration of any increased premium cost incurred by the CONSULTANT to obtain same.
Comprehensive Automobile Liability. Insurance with minimum combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate with respect to each of the Trade Contractor's owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles assigned to or used in performance of the services. The policy shall contain a severability of interests provision. If the Trade Contractor has no owned automobiles, the requirements of this paragraph shall be met by each employee of the Trade Contractor providing services to the Owner under this contract.
