Automobile Liability Policy. In the event that services delivered pursuant to this Contract involve the use of vehicles, either owned or unowned by the Center, automobile liability insurance shall be required. The minimum limit for automobile liability is $1,000,000 per accident, using a Combined Single Limit for bodily injury and property damage.
Automobile Liability Policy. Automobile liability insurance with coverage at least as broad as ISO Form numbers CA 0001 06 92, Code 1 (any auto) or equivalent, for vehicles used in the performance of this Agreement with minimum coverage of not less than $1,000,000 per accident, combined single limit.
Automobile Liability Policy. The policy shall be endorsed to delete the 2501 Pollution and/or the Asbestos exclusion and add the Motor Carrier act endorsement (MCS-90) 2502 TL 1005, TL 1007 and /or other endorsements required by federal or state authorities. 2503 22.04.6 Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Coverage. The 2504 insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the TOWN, its officers, officials, 2505 employees and volunteers for losses arising from work performed by the Grantee for the 2506 TOWN.
Automobile Liability Policy. The Automobile Liability policy shall be endorsed to include Transportation Pollution Liability insurance, covering materials to be transported by Vendor/Contractor/Operator/Business pursuant to the Lease. This coverage may also be provided as part of the Pollution Legal Liability and Remediation policy.
Automobile Liability Policy. The Business Auto Liability coverage shall be written on ISO form CA 00 01, CA 00 05, CA 0012, CA 00 20, or a substitute form providing coverage at least as broad.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.   • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
