Compliance with Approvals. BIOSANTE represents and warrants that in addition to complying with and respecting any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, it shall also comply with all terms and conditions of the Approvals (if any), when Developing, Marketing and selling Products in any country of the Territory.

Compliance with Approvals. The Owner must ensure that the Contribution Works carried out under this Deed are undertaken:
Compliance with Approvals. The Project complies with and is being developed, and all activities on the Mining Concessions are being carried out, in all material respects, in accordance with all covenants, conditions, restrictions, requirements and reservations in the Governmental Approvals applicable thereto including, in the case of the Project, the Declaration of Environmental Impact and the IPPC Authorization.
Compliance with Approvals. Each of the Material Inmet Mining Properties, and, to the Knowledge of Inmet, Ok Tedi, complies with and is being developed, and all activities on the Material Inmet Mining Properties, and, to the Knowledge of Inmet, Ok Tedi, are being carried out, in all material respects in accordance with all covenants, conditions, restrictions, requirements and reservations in the Governmental Approvals applicable thereto. There are no terms, conditions or other requirements of any Governmental Approvals which the relevant Members of the Inmet Group have not been able to fulfill (or are not expected to be able to fulfill) when required to do so, in order to allow lawful operation of the Material Inmet Mining Properties, and, to the Knowledge of Inmet, Ok Tedi.

(i) Minera has the corporate power and authority to own the Assets and carry on the Business and has obtained all Governmental Approvals under Applicable Law, including Environmental Laws, required in order to lawfully conduct the Business; (ii) the Business complies with, and all activities in connection therewith are and have been carried out, substantially in accordance with all covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations in the Governmental Approvals applicable thereto and substantially in accordance with all Applicable Law, except for such non-compliance which would not have a Material Adverse Effect; and (iii) there are no material terms or conditions of any Governmental Approvals which Minera has not been able to fulfil when required to do so, in order to lawfully carry out the activities conducted by it to date.
Compliance with Approvals. Evidence that construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications is authorized by the Governmental Approvals; and
