Completion of the Projects. When requesting final payment from the Fund, the Borrower shall cause to be submitted the requisition required by Section 3.03 hereof and a certificate signed by an Authorized Borrower Representative in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. Said certificate shall state that no further funds will be withdrawn from the Fund to pay the Cost of the Project. The Lender does not make any warranty, either express or implied, that the moneys which, under provisions of this Loan Agreement, will be available for payment of the Costs of the Project, will be sufficient to pay all of the Costs of the Project.

Completion of the Projects. A project will be rendered as completed when its goals and undertaken outcomes have been complied at CONICYT's satisfaction and the final report and the rendering of accounts have been approved.

Completion of the Projects. The Parties agree that each shall complete or cause to be completed the Park Project or the Trail Project, as the case may be, within the term of this Agreement as set out in Section 4(A). The Parties each agree to diligently manage and oversee the completion of each component or phase if and as outlined in Exhibits A and/or B so as to meet completion deadlines.

Related to Completion of the Projects

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.

  • Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.

  • Construction of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT Section 3.01 The Project

  • Execution of the Project Section 3.01. (a) The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:
