Park Project definition

Park Project means parks, trails, and park or recreational related structures that do not qualify as a County-Owned Building.
Park Project means acquisition and/or construction of the improvements and infrastructure described in Exhibit D. Park Projects shall be located in the boundaries of the Park, or, if located outside the boundaries of the Park, must confer a direct benefit on or serve the Park or all or a portion of the Park Property.
Park Project means the ground level public Baseline Park located within the Development Site and south of the Podium and Tower, being not less than one contiguous acre, together with the applicable Public Benefit Improvements set forth on Exhibit “H” attached hereto.

More Definitions of Park Project

Park Project means the acquisition, construction and equipping of a regional park, financed in part with the proceeds of the Series 2014 Bonds.
Park Project means real property, facilities and equipment for parks, including, without limitation, graded, regraded, graveled, surfaced, drained, cultivated and otherwise improved sites therefor, greenhouses, bandstand and orchestra facilities, auditoriums, arenas, zoo facilities, golf course facilities, clubhouses, tennis courts, swimming pools, bathhouses, horseshoe pits, ball fields, boating facilities, swings, slides, other playground equipment, and other recreational facilities, or any combination thereof, and all appurtenances and incidentals necessary, useful or desirable for any such facilities, including, without limitation, all types of property therefor.

Related to Park Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
