Compensation/Temporary Duties Assumed. Any Employee who temporarily assumes the duties of another Employee, at the discretion of administration, for more than five (5) consecutive working days within any single fiscal year will be paid at their step but in the classification in which they are working retroactive to day 1 (one) of the temporary assignment. An Employee’s pay rate shall not be reduced as a result of any temporary change of duties. After an Employee has been assigned to temporary duties for five (5) consecutive working days, written notice of such assignment shall be given to the Association, provided this shall not apply when such assignment is to fill in for another Employee on vacation.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute grantee and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Xxxxxxx’s failure to perform any work in accordance with the terms of the Grant Agreement.
