C7.1 Higher Duties Allowance (HDA) is payable to an officer who is directed to temporarily perform the duties of a position with a higher classification.
On conclusion of the period of acting in a higher position the teacher shall be entitled to receive 16 percent of the value of the Higher Duties Allowance less the higher duties component of leave already taken.
Any leave taken during a period of acting in a higher position shall include the Higher Duties Allowance.
