In the collective bargaining agreement for international on-deck and engineer- ing personnel and service staff, it is noted that the head xxxxxxx shall be paid at least the salary paid to a repairman in the YT pay bracket with all eventual supplements. The head xxxxxxx and the deputy head xxxxxxx are entitled to receive com- pensation for each day spent on stewardship tasks, which should be equiva- lent to payment for 2 overtime hours on passenger vessels and 2 normal working hours for cargo ships. If a xxxxxxx performs tasks agreed upon with the employer outside of their regular working hours, they will be paid an overtime allowance for this lost time or a form of additional compensation shall be agreed upon. The above provisions also apply to the special occupational safety and health representative, if one has been elected for the shipping company.

Compensation of loss of earnings. In the scope of the collective agreement for on-deck, engineering and kitchen staff on international vessels, the head xxxxxxx has the right to receive the full salary of a certified machinist. In the scope of international passenger vessels, a full salary corresponding to, at least, pay bracket three (3). In the scope of the collective agreement for international vessels of small tonnage, it should be at least the full salary of a certified xxxxx officer. On days they spend fulfilling their stewardship duties, the head xxxxxxx and deputy head xxxxxxx are, in the scope of the collective agreement for interna- tional small tonnage vessels covering on-deck and engineering crew as well as kitchen staff, entitled to receive two (2) daily overtime hours’ salary. Under the international passenger vessel agreement the compensation should be for two (2) over time hours’ pay. The head xxxxxxx and deputy head xxxxxxx shall be paid the same meal xx- xxxxxxx as an employee who is not provided with food or housing on the ship for every day they use to fulfil their stewardship duties.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4.8, payment for such Additional Loss shall be made by Applicant no later than 30 days following written notice that such Additional Loss is due and owing, together with supporting calculations by the Third Party Consultant and copies of invoices (redacted as needed) for any such non-reimbursed costs and fees paid.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.
