COMPENSATION COVERAGE. (a) When an employee is injured at work and goes on Compensation, he or she shall, when the Compensation Board signifies that the employee may go to work, be returned to the payroll at his or her previous job and rate of pay for a period of one (1) week, to see if he or she is able to do the job he or she held at the time of the injury.

COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Contractor and all employers working under this Agreement are subject employers under the Oregon Worker's Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017, which requires them to provide workers’ compensation coverage for all their subject workers. Contractor shall provide proof of coverage at the time of the execution of this agreement and continuing proof of coverage during the period of this Agreement.
