COMPENSATION COVERAGE. (a) When an employee is injured at work and goes on Compensation, he or she shall, when the Compensation Board signifies that the employee may go to work, be returned to the payroll at his or her previous job and rate of pay for a period of one (1) week, to see if he or she is able to do the job he or she held at the time of the injury.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Workers’ Compensation insurance for all of its employees in an amount and with coverage to meet all requirements of the laws of the State of Florida.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. A. HOW THIS COVERAGE APPLIES This Workers' Compensation Coverage applies to bodily injury by accident or bodily injury by disease, including resulting death, subject to the following conditions:

COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Unless the City Manager otherwise agrees in writing, the insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against City, and its respective elected and appointed officers, officials, employees and agents for losses arising from work performed by Contractor.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE a) The Employer shall provide coverage to all employees for injury on the job under the Workers’ Compensation Act of the Province of Alberta, or under an Insured Plan which provides coverage of compensation equal thereto.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. The Offeror shall purchase and maintain worker’s compensation insurance for all worker’s compensation obligations imposed by state law with Statutory Limits for Part A and with Employer's Liability (Part B) limits of at least $1,000,000.00 each accident/ $1,000,000.00 each employee/ $1,000,000.00 policy limit for disease, or a valid certificate of exemption issued by the state of Florida, or an affidavit in accordance with the provisions of Florida Workers Compensation law. Offeror shall also purchase any other coverages required by law for the benefit of employees.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE. Contractor and all employers working under this Agreement are subject employers under the Oregon Worker's Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017, which requires them to provide workers’ compensation coverage for all their subject workers. Contractor shall provide proof of coverage at the time of the execution of this agreement and continuing proof of coverage during the period of this Agreement.
