Community Notification. ▇▇▇▇ will collaborate with MPO staff on a press release advertising the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan process and inviting public participation. One press release will be prepared for each public outreach event. Alta will provide content for the press releases.
Community Notification.
i) clearly outline the reason that the work is required to be undertaken outside the hours specified in condition L5.1;
ii) include a diagram that clearly identifies the location of the proposed works in relation to nearby cross streets and local landmarks;
iii) include details of relevant time restrictions that apply to the proposed works;
iv) clearly outline in plain English, the location, nature, scope and duration of the proposed works;
v) detail the expected noise impact of the works on noise sensitive receivers;
vi) clearly state how complaints may be made and additional information obtained; and
vii) include the number of the telephone complaints line required under condition M7.1, an after hours contact phone number specific to the works undertaken outside the hours specified in condition L5.1, and the project website address. The notification will be detailed on the project website along with the Community Agreement.
Community Notification. Orange shall provide any and all required notification regarding the Project, including business and neighborhood community notifications.
