STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. Host shall have the right to approve all still photographs in which Host appears which are issued by or under the direct control of CLIS in connection with the advertising, promotion or publicity of the Program or in connection with any merchandising item or commercial tie-up. Host shall advise CLIS of such approval or disapproval within three (3) business days after receipt of such materials by Host. Once a photograph is approved by Host, it shall be deemed approved for all purposes hereunder.
STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. 11.01 Management reserves the right to utilize the Confederation Centre of the Arts for the purpose of taking still photography without reference to the Union.
STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. 16.01 Operation of all still cameras, on or off the production set, used for the purpose of performing work covered by this Agreement shall be performed exclusively by Still Photographers covered by this Agreement. Any still photography by any person who is not a member in good standing with Local 514 in the Still Photographer category is strictly prohibited, and is a violation of this Agreement, except as elsewhere provided.
STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. STILL PHOTOGRAPHY. On completion of the Photographer’s obligations a pdf containing the final images will be forwarded onto the customer together with an invoice for payment. Once the invoice has been settled in full the final images will be delivered, or at the end of each calendar month the Photographer shall deliver an invoice for the price to the Customer and the Customer shall pay the price in full on receipt of the invoice. Unless agreed between the client and the photographer payment should be sent by way of B.AC.S. Transfer to the bank account as shown on the invoice. Any sum outstanding after the expiry of 14 days shall have the following consequences. (See 5.9.1)
