To the extent not otherwise agreed in the Location Agreement, the following shall apply: 8.1 Seller shall invoice Buyer as set out in Annex IV: Administrative Arrangements for all Fuel delivered to Buyer.
For the purposes hereof, Buyer’s Affiliated Companies are set out in the Location Agreement and may be amended to include or exclude any other company or entity which may be agreed in writing between the Buyer and Seller from time to time.
