Location Agreement definition

Location Agreement means the Point of Sales Advertising Agreement dated as of April 12, 2013 by and between Provision and Rite Aid.
Location Agreement means the relevant Location Agreement(s) annexed to these GTCs, which together with the GTCs forms the Agreement between the Parties.
Location Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in the respective Location Agreement, Fuel shall be delivered into Buyer’s Aircraft according to the IATA Guidance Material on Standard Into-Plane Fuelling Procedures, latest edition.

  • To the extent not otherwise agreed in the Location Agreement, the following shall apply: 8.1 Seller shall invoice Buyer as set out in Annex IV: Administrative Arrangements for all Fuel delivered to Buyer.

  • For the purposes hereof, Buyer’s Affiliated Companies are set out in the Location Agreement and may be amended to include or exclude any other company or entity which may be agreed in writing between the Buyer and Seller from time to time.

Location Agreement. An agreement for the use of a location for the production of the Film. Music: Includes background music and songs (including the music, lyrics and titles of such songs) used in the Film.
