Communicate and coordinate. Task 1.1: The contractor shall coordinate and communicate with the various federal and non-federal participants in the Program, i.e., Forum (Forum), Advisory Council (Council), Work Group, Technical Advisory Group (TAG), Science Team, and various subcommittees as created. Communication occurs via phone calls, e-mail, formal memoranda, and meetings and generally is with multiple points of contact in one form or another each week. Contractor shall document communication and coordination and submit in monthly report. Generally, average 3 to 4 hours per week.
