Collection, Use and Sharing of Customer Information. This Clause 5.2 explains how the Bank will use information about the Customer and Connected Persons. The Notice relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (formerly known as Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance) that applies to the Customer and other individuals (the "Notice") also contains important information about how the Bank and the HSBC Group will use such information and the Customer should read this Clause in conjunction with the Notice. The Bank and members of the HSBC Group may use Customer Information in accordance with this Clause 5 and the Notice. Customer Information will not be disclosed to anyone (including other members of the HSBC Group), other than where:  the Bank is legally required to disclose;  the Bank has a public duty to disclose;  the Bank's legitimate business purposes require disclosure;  the disclosure is made with the data subject's consent;  it is disclosed as set out in this Clause 5 or the Notice.

Clearview Energy will not provide or sell such information to any other party without your consent unless required to do so by law, or it is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement. Clearview Energy reserves the right to reject your enrollment, or terminate this Agreement, in the event you rescind these authorizations.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be disclosed by the Company to (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Company's registrar and transfer agent, (c) Canadian tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including legal counsel, and may be included in record books in connection with the Offering. By executing this Subscription Agreement, the Subscriber is deemed to be consenting to the foregoing collection, use and disclosure of the Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) and to the retention of such personal information for as long as permitted or required by law or business practice. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing Shares as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the identity of such undisclosed principal as may be required by the Company in order to comply with the foregoing.

The Company may collect client information directly from the Client (in his completed Account Opening Application Form or otherwise) or from other persons including, for example, the credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, banks, other financial institutions, third authentication service providers and the providers of public registers.
