The Management Company shall manage the Fund Property in the interest of the Unit Holders in good faith, to the best of its ability and without gaining any undue advantage for itself or any of its Connected Persons and group companies or its officers, and subject to the restrictions and limitations as provided in the Deed and the Rules and Regulations.
Failure on the part of members of staff or their Connected Persons (where applicable) to follow these procedures will be taken seriously and regarded as a disciplinary matter under the rules and procedures set out in the Staff Handbook.
This includes, without limitation, investment by the Company in securities of any Connected Person or investment by any Connected Persons in any company or bodies any of whose investments form part of the assets comprised in any Fund or be interested in any such contract or transactions.
Connected Persons of the Manager are those as defined in the Code on Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds established by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong (the “SFC Code”).
To the best of the Manager’s knowledge, the Sub-Fund does not have any other transactions with the Connected Persons of the Manager except for those disclosed below.
