Collection and Use of User Information. DigitalWork shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy" (or, in the case of the Co-Branded Site, DigitalWork's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding DigitalWork's collection, use and disclosure of user information). DigitalWork will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (a) if end users are required to register to access certain features within the co-branded areas, such registration processes will be seamlessly integrated with Netscape's "Universal Registration" or AOL's "SNAP" system and be consistent with AOL's (or the applicable AOL affiliate's) then- current privacy policy; (b) AOL and DigitalWork will jointly own all end user data collected by DigitalWork in conjunction with the use of the Co-Branded Site during any proactive registration process thereon; and (c) DigitalWork may provide communications to AOL users that have specifically requested such communications (e.g., opt-in information about a product or service), provided that any such communication (i) will only promote those products set forth herein as permitted in the Co-Branded Site, (ii) will not promote any Interactive Service or is otherwise inconsistent with the general scope and terms hereof, and (iii) is consistent with AOL's (or the applicable AOL affiliate's) then current privacy policy (e.g., provides a meaningful opportunity to opt back out and terminate receipt of further such communications).
Collection and Use of User Information. MP shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Members under this Agreement ("Member Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy" (or, in the case of the Affiliated MP Site, MP's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding MP's collection, use and disclosure of user information). MP will not disclose Member Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Members as end users of an AOL product or service or use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service.
Collection and Use of User Information. The collection, use and disclosure by MP of information obtained from ICQ Users under this Agreement ("User Information") shall comply with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) ICQ's standard privacy policies, available on the Interactive Site ICQ.xxx (xx, in the case of the MP Areas, MP's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding MP's collection, use and disclosure of user information). MP will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies ICQ Users as end users of an ICQ product or service or use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service.

Each party shall ensure that its -------------------------------------- collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy" (or, in the case of the Affiliated MP Site, MP's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding MP's collection, use and disclosure of user information). MP will not (a) disclose User Information collected hereunder (i) to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service, or (ii) to any Interactive Service or (b) use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service. Likewise, AOL will not without in each case the prior written consent of MP (a) disclose User Information collected hereunder (i) to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an MP product or service, or (ii) to any Interactive Service or (b) use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another provider of the Exclusive Product.
Collection and Use of User Information. MP shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users obtained as a direct or indirect result of this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) in the case of the Affiliated MP Site, MP's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding MP's collection, use and disclosure of user information. MP will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or use AOL User Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service; provided that MP may advise car dealers which are strategic partners of MP (but not any individuals) of other Internet access methods that are compatible with the Parent Company's Manheim Online service. AOL expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Section 14 shall not require any other MP Interactive Site to comply with such AOL privacy policies.
Collection and Use of User Information. SB shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy". Subject to the Confidentiality restrictions contained herein, SB will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or use User Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service.
Collection and Use of User Information. 1-800-FLOWERS shall ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement and through any Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Site ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy" (or, in the case of the Affiliated 1-800-FLOWERS Sites, 1-800-FLOWERS' standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding 1-800-FLOWERS' collection, use and disclosure of user information). 1-800-FLOWERS shall not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or during the Term (and thereafter, to the extent expressly provided for herein) use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service.
Collection and Use of User Information. SmartBargains shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable United States laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the AOL Service at the keyword term "Privacy" (or, in the case of the Customized Site, SmartBargains's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding SmartBargains's collection, use and disclosure of user information). SmartBargains will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or use User Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service to AOL Users.
Collection and Use of User Information. ICP shall ensure that its --- -------------------------------------- collection, use and disclosure of information obtained from AOL Users under this Agreement ("User Information") complies with (i) all applicable laws and regulations and (ii) AOL's standard privacy policies, available on the Interactive Site XXX.xxx (or, in the case of the ICP Areas, ICP's standard privacy policies so long as such policies are prominently published on the site and provide adequate notice, disclosure and choice to users regarding ICP's collection, use and disclosure of user information). ICP will not disclose User Information collected hereunder to any third party in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end users of an AOL product or service or use Member Information collected under this Agreement to market another Interactive Service.
