Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to the Certificateholders and Noteholders access to the Receivable Files in such cases where the Certificateholders or Noteholders shall be required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. Access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, to the extent the Servicer shall have received an Asset Representations Review Notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Certificateholders and the Noteholders with access to the Receivable Files in the cases where the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Certificateholders or the Noteholders shall be required by applicable statutes, regulations or the provisions of any Transaction Document to have access to such documentation. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.12. Each Certificateholder or Noteholder, by its acceptance of a Certificate or a Note, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have agreed to keep any information obtained by it pursuant to this Section 3.12 confidential, except as may be required by applicable law.

Provided, however, at any time upon written request of the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer will provide (within 10 days of receipt of such request) an electronic data file containing all relevant loan level information on each Receivable necessary for a Successor Servicer to assume servicing responsibilities, including current mailing address and telephone number, current balance, payment schedule and past due status of each Obligor (such request not to be made more frequently than one per month). Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer will upon reasonable prior notice provide to representatives of the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Backup Servicer and the Insurer reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access will be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Any expense incident to the exercise by the Indenture Trustee, Owner Trustee, Backup Servicer or the Insurer will be borne by the Servicer to the extent such visits and examinations are not more frequent than once in any twelve-month period, or a Servicer Termination Event has occurred and is continuing. Nothing in this Section will affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 4.12 as a result of such obligation will not constitute a breach of this Section 4.12.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. In each case subject to the Master Servicer's rights to access under the related Receivables Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall cause each Receivables Servicer, pursuant to the terms of the applicable Receivables Servicing Agreement, to provide to the Certificateholders, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders access to the Receivable Files without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer or the respective offices of the Receivables Servicers, as applicable. Nothing in this Section 3.11 shall affect the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.11.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trust Collateral Agent, the Backup Servicer and the Insurer reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. Each of the Seller and Servicer will permit any authorized representative or agent designated by the Insurer to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Seller or Servicer, as the case may be, to examine the corporate books and financial records of the Seller or Servicer, as the case may be, its records relating to the Receivables, and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom and to discuss the affairs, finances, and accounts of the Seller or Servicer, as the case may be, with its principal officers, as applicable, and its independent accountants. Any expense incident to the exercise by the Insurer of any right under this Section 4.14 shall be borne by NAFI, so long as NAFI is the Servicer. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer will provide to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the related Receivables in such cases where the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as applicable, is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Noteholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Servicer's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section will derogate from the obligation of the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Dealers and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such law will not constitute a breach of this Section.

In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section. Any Certificateholder or Noteholder (or Certificate Owner or Note Owner), by its acceptance of a Certificate or Note (or by acquisition of its beneficial interest therein), as applicable, shall be deemed to have agreed to keep confidential and not to use for its own benefit any information obtained by it pursuant to this Section, except as may be required by applicable law.

In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge upon at least two (2) Business Days' prior notice and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section 12.13 shall derogate from the obligation of each Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of such Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 12.13 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 12.13.

Prior to the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, such access shall be afforded to the Majority Noteholder once annually without charge, upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours. During the continuance of an Event of Default, the Majority Noteholder shall have reasonable access to documentation regarding the Receivables at any time during normal business hours upon reasonable notice. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe all applicable laws prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
