AOL SERVICE. The standard U.S. version of the America Online® brand service available via narrow-band, specifically excluding (a) any other AOL Interactive Site or element thereof (e.g., XXX.xxx, Netscape, XxxxxXxxx.xxx, etc.) or AOL Interactive Service or element thereof (e.g., CompuServe, ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger, etc.), (b) the international and non-English language based versions of an America Online service and the elements thereof (e.g., AOL Japan), (c) “You’ve Got Pictures™,” “Shop@,” “NetMail™,” “Love@AOL”, “AOL Hometown,” “My News” or any similar independent product, service or property or element thereof which may be offered by, through or with the U.S. version of the America Online® brand service, (d) any programming or Content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online® brand service or element thereof over which AOL does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, content areas controlled by other parties and member-created content areas), (e) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online® brand service, and (f) any other version of an America Online service which is materially different from the standard U.S. version of the America Online brand service or element thereof, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any private-label or co-branded version of the service, or any version (i) not distributed through a narrow-band distribution platform or (ii) distributed through any platform or device other than a standard personal computer (i.e., desktop or laptop).

AOL SERVICE. The U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service (excluding Digital City, XXX.xxx, NetFind and any similar "sub" service that may be distributed by or through the America Online(R) brand service) (so long as any such additional "sub" services do not have a material adverse impact on FLOWERS).
AOL SERVICE. The narrow-band U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service, specifically excluding (a) XXX.xxx or any other AOL Interactive Site, (b) the international versions of the AOL Service (e.g., AOL Japan), (c) "Driveway," "AOL NetFind(TM)," "AOL Instant Messenger(TM)" or any similar product or service offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service, (d) any programming or content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service over which AOL does not exercise complete or substantially complete operational control (e.g., third-party Content areas, any Interactive Site containing "xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx" as part of its URL and "Digital City(TM)," "WorldPlay(TM)," "Entertainment Asylum(TM)," the "Hub(TM)," or any similar "sub-service"), (e) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service and (f) any co-branded or private label branded version of the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service, (g) any version of the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer and (h) any property, feature, product or service which AOL may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date. AOL USER. Any user of the AOL Service, XXX.xxx or the AOL Network.
AOL SERVICE. N2K will receive an integrated package of placements, promotions and links through the AOL Service consisting of the following.
AOL SERVICE. The standard narrow-band U.S. version of the America Online brand service, specifically excluding (a) AOL.comSM and any other AOL Interactive Site, (b) the international versions of an America Online service (e.g., AOL Japan) and/or any non-English language based feature or area of the America Online brand service, (c) the CompuServe® brand service and any other CompuServe products or services, (d) Netscape NetcenterTM and any other Netscapeâ products or services, (e) “ICQSM,” “AOL Search,” “You’ve Got Pictures,” “Shop @,” “My News,” “AOL PlusSM ,” “AOL Instant MessengerSM,” “Digital CitySM,” “AOL NetMailSM,” “Real FansSM”, “Love@AOLSM”, “Entertainment AsylumSM,” “AOL HometownSM” or any similar independent product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the U.S. version of the America Online brand service, (f) any programming or content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online brand service over which AOL does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties and member-created Content areas), (g) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online brand service, (h) any property, feature, product or service which AOL or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date and (i) any other version of an America Online service which is materially different from the standard narrowband U.S. version of the America Online brand service, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded version of the service and any version distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer.
AOL SERVICE. So long as ICP is in compliance with this Agreement, ICP shall be the only third party receiving continuous promotion on the main screen of the Weddings subchannel (or any specific successor thereof) of the AOL Service (the "Weddings Area"), for [****] covering the entire spectrum of topics directly related to [****]. In addition, so long as ICP is in compliance with this Agreement, AOL will not enter into an arrangement with a third party to provide a [****] area within the [****] exclusively dedicated to covering the entire spectrum of topics directly related to [****]. So long as ICP is in compliance with this Agreement, the Weddings Area shall be the primary comprehensive programming area on the AOL Service that is dedicated to covering the entire spectrum of topics directly related to [****]; provided, however, that this sentence shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect AOL's editorial discretion within the Weddings Area (e.g. to influence the overall programming plan of, limit the Content that AOL may program into, or to require AOL to include certain Content within, the Weddings Area).
AOL SERVICE. The standard U.S. version of the America Online-Registered Trademark- brand service (including, the "Shop@AOL" area thereon), specifically excluding (a) XXX.xxx or any other AOL Interactive Site, (b) the international versions of the AOL Service (E.G., AOL Japan), (c) the CompuServe-Registered Trademark- brand service and any other CompuServe products or services (d) "Driveway," "ICQ-TM-," "AOL NetFind-TM-," "AOL Instant Messenger-TM-," "Digital City," "NetMail-TM-," "Electra", "Thrive", "Real Fans", "Love@AOL", "Entertainment Asylum," "AOL Hometown," "My News" or any similar product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the U.S. version of the America Online-Registered Trademark- brand service, (e) Netscape Netcenter-TM- and any additional Netscape products or services, (f) any programming or Content area offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online-Registered Trademark- brand service over which AOL does not exercise complete or substantially complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties and member-created Content areas), (g) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the U.S. version of the America Online-Registered Trademark- brand service, (h) any property, feature, product or service which AOL or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date and (i) any other version of an America Online service which is materially different from the standard U.S. version of the America Online brand service, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded and/or customized version of the service and any version distributed primarily through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer.

AOL SERVICE. Commencing on a mutually agreed upon date(s) after the ----------- Effective Date. MP shall create a version of the principal Additional MP Channel customized for distribution through the AOL Service (the "MP/AOL Service Site") by (w) developing the MP/AOL Service Site as a "cul de sac" site containing no links outside of the MP/AOL Service Site other than to an agreed upon point on the AOL Service or other AOL or third party Content determined mutually by the Parties, but in no event to an area promoting an MP Competitor (x) displaying on each page of the MP/AOL Service Site headers and footers of size and type determined by MP, after good faith consideration of AOL's requirements, and which contain both AOL Service and MP branding and (y) using commercially reasonable efforts to program each page of the MP/AOL Service Site with a co-branded domain name (e.g., xxxxxx.xxx.xxx). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the MP/AOL Service Site shall contain Content of substantially the same quality, scope, functionality, terms and conditions as the Content on any Additional MP Channel. MP will, subject to the terms of this Agreement, program and manage the Content on the MP/AOL Service Site for distribution through AOL Service.
