CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. The “Special Attachment No. 1,” pertaining to the implementation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, is attached and made a part of this Agreement.
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. Lessee will not on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin or on any other prohibited grounds, discriminate or permit any discrimination against any person or group of persons in any manner prohibited by Part 21 of the Rules and Regulations of the Secretary of Transportation, effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Lessee agrees not to discriminate against any employees or applicants for employment because of race, creed, color, national origin or on any other prohibited grounds.
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. The Department receives Land and Water Conservation Funds. Under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the U.S. Department of Interior prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability. The Concessionaire’s employment practices and Services will not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability. CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. This Agreement is subject to the compliance requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended (42 U.S.C. § 2000d) relating to nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs. Each Consortium Member company has signed an Assurance of Compliance with the nondiscriminatory provisions of the Act. The Parties recognize that since the Consortium has no employees, that compliance is the responsibility of each Consortium Member.
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. During the performance of this Agreement, Licensee shall comply fully with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all other regulations promulgated thereunder, in addition to all applicable state and local ordinances concerning Civil Rights.
