Group of Persons definition

Group of Persons means a group of Persons that would constitute a “group” as determined pursuant to Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Group of Persons means any related Persons that would constitute a “groupfor purposes of Section 13(d) and Rule 13d-5 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (as such Section and Rule are in effect as of the date of this Agreement).

Group of Persons means any two or more Persons who or which are acting or have agreed to act together for the purpose of acquiring, holding, voting or disposing of any Voting Stock of the Corporation.
