TITLE VI. Concessionaire shall comply with applicable non-discrimination provisions required by the United States of America, including but not limited to the provisions of 49 CFR Part 21. These provisions are inclusive of any amendments which may be made to such regulations. Further, Concessionaire shall include the summary of the provisions of 49 CFR Part 21, as may be amended, in subcontracts it enters into under this Agreement.
