Representative of City. The City's Director of Community and Economic Development, or such person’s designee, (the “Director”) shall represent the City in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by the City, the Director is authorized to act unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.
Representative of City. The City's Building Official, or such person as the Building Official may designate as the person responsible for administering this Agreement (the “Building Official”), shall represent the City in all matters pertaining to this Agreement. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by the City, the Building Official is authorized to act unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.

Representative of City. The External Affairs Manager of ANAHEIM, or his or her designated representative, shall represent ANAHEIM in all matters pertaining to the services to be rendered under this Agreement.
Representative of City. The Chief Communications Officer of ANAHEIM, or his or her designated representative, shall represent ANAHEIM in all matters pertaining to the services to be rendered under this Agreement.

The Executive Director of the City’s Community Development Department, or such person’s designee, (the “Executive Director”), shall represent the City in all matters pertaining to this ENA. Whenever a reference is made herein to an action or approval to be undertaken by the City, the Executive Director is authorized to act, unless this ENA specifically provides otherwise or the context should otherwise require.
Representative of City. The City Manager and Director of Community Services are hereby designated as being the representatives of the City for the purposes of this MOU, and either is hereby authorized to act on behalf of the City with respect to the work, services, responsibilities, and obligations specified herein and make all decisions in connection herewith. The City Manager or Director of Community Services of the City shall have the right to designate another person to act as City’s representative by providing written notice to FOUNDATION.
