CHARGES, PAYMENT AND INVOICING. 8.1. Initially, StorageNetworks shall invoice Customers for all Services delivered, made available or contracted for by Customers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that, at any time in the future, upon sixty (60) days written notice to StorageNetworks, GlobalCenter may assume the responsibility for invoicing Customers for the Services. StorageNetworks agrees to use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate in transitioning any billing functions to GlobalCenter at the time of any such request.

CHARGES, PAYMENT AND INVOICING. 6.1. Global Crossing shall pay StorageNetworks for the Services performed in accordance with the schedule of charges for the Services described in Exhibit A, and for any additional Services that may be added to by the Parties.
CHARGES, PAYMENT AND INVOICING. Charges Charges for bookings are shown on the Booking Confirmation Form. Bookings are charged individually in accordance with the Schedule of Charges together with any special discounts or other provisions. Invoicing and paymentPrivate use. A pro-forma invoice will be issued upon booking. This reserves the hall for 14 days. The booking will become confirmed when payment has been received. In all circumstances payment must be made before the premises are used.  Club use. The premises must be booked for each event in accordance with normal procedures. The premises may be booked for up to 12 months in advance. The club will be invoiced quarterly for its use at the agreed rates. Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date.

  • Payment and Invoicing 12.1. The Purchaser must pay all sums due to the Service Provider within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.

  • Payments and Invoicing Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall issue Payment Invoices and pay SCE in accordance with Exhibit E.

  • Fees and Invoicing The Consultant’s fee for tasks performed during the design phase and for all technical and administrative tasks during the construction and close-out phases, such as the review of Contractor submittals, preparation and distribution of minutes, on-site observation during construction, etc., will be a lump sum amount unless stated otherwise. The Consultant’s lump sum fee shall be further broken down by phase depending on the contract. In the event that any of the project phases or services are extended for reasons other than the fault of the Consultant, then the Consultant may submit an amendment for additional costs associated with the extension or additional services. Such costs shall be based on direct costs. The Consultant will not be entitled to an automatic extension of the monthly rate for that phase or any subsequent phase. Invoices for materials and labor expenses shall be submitted on an Invoice Form provided by the Owner, accompanied by appropriate backup as required by the Owner. Copies of all bills for reimbursables allowed by contract must be attached to the invoice form. Invoices during the design phase may be submitted monthly to the Owner or when work is completed, reviewed and accepted by the Owner. Invoices during the construction phase may also be submitted monthly. Completed invoices must identify the Owners project number for the project and location of the project. Invoices for all work performed shall be processed only after Owner review and acceptance of the work. Invoices will not be processed if work is found to be incomplete or unsatisfactory upon review by the Owner. The invoice, or portion of the invoice, will be held unprocessed until the Consultant makes the necessary corrections and the work is acceptable to Owner.

  • Invoices; Payment The City will accept invoices no more frequently than once per month. Each invoice shall fully detail the related costs and shall specify the status of the particular task or project as of the date of the invoice with regard to the accepted schedule for that task or project. Payment will be made within forty-five (45) days after receipt of an invoice acceptable to the City, in accordance with the Florida Local Government Prompt Payment Act. If, at any time during the contract, the City shall not approve or accept the Contractor's work product, and agreement cannot be reached between the City and the Contractor to resolve the problem to the City's satisfaction, the City shall negotiate with the Contractor on a payment for the work completed and usable to the City.

  • Payment and Fees 4.1 Invoices will be sent via email and invoiced amounts include applicable sales taxes and VAT.

  • Payment Invoicing The Contractor will be paid upon submission of invoices to the Customer after delivery and acceptance of commodities or contractual services is confirmed by the Customer. Invoices must contain sufficient detail for an audit and contain the Contract Number and the Contractor’s Federal Employer Identification Number.

  • PAYMENT AND INVOICE PROVISIONS An itemized invoice addressed to the ordering entity shall reference purchase order number, contract number, quantity, description, list and net unit price. Installation/Labor and any other ancillary charges will be shown as a separate line item on all quotes and invoices. Payment will be made in accordance with applicable State of Arkansas accounting procedures upon acceptance by the Agency. The State may not be invoiced in advance of delivery and acceptance of any commodity. Payment will be made only after the contractor has successfully satisfied the state agency as to the goods purchased. Contractor should invoice agency by an itemized list of charges. Purchase Order Number and/or Contract Number should be referenced on each invoice.

  • Unpaid Invoices The Transfer Agent may terminate this Agreement thirty (30) days after notice to the Fund and its administrator that an invoice has remained outstanding for more than sixty (60) days, except with respect to any amount subject to a good faith dispute within the meaning of Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Account Fees The Board of Directors may impose fees for various account services, proceeds of which may be remitted to the appropriate Fund or the Investment Manager at the discretion of the Board. At least 60 days' prior written notice of the intent to impose such fee must be given to the shareholders of the affected series.

  • Payment and Interest The amount determined payable pursuant to the decision, less any portion already paid, normally should be paid without awaiting Contractor action concerning appeal. Such payments shall be without prejudice to the rights of either party. Interest on amounts ultimately determined to be due to a Contractor shall be payable at the Statutory rate applicable to judgments against the State under Chapter 662, HRS from the date of receipt of a properly certified final written statement of actual adjustment required until the date of decision; except, however, that if an action is initiated in circuit court, interest under this Section 7.25, DISPUTES AND CLAIMS (§3-126-31 HAR) shall only be calculated until the time such action is initiated. Interest on amounts due the Department from the Contractor shall be payable at the same rate from the date of issuance of the Project Manager’s notice to the Contractor. Where such payments are required to be returned by a subsequent decision, interest on such payments shall be paid at the statutory rate from the date of payment.
