Changes to Insurance Requirements. Dell reserves the right to review the insurance coverage requirements of this MRA and to make reasonable adjustments to such requirements or to require other types of policies to support the level of Services being performed by GlassHouse or the purchases being made by Dell from GlassHouse at any time, at GlassHouse’s sole cost, unless otherwise agreed to by Dell.

Changes to Insurance Requirements. County retains the right to reasonably increase the limits or types of coverage from time to time as determined in the best interests of County by Pima County Risk Management.
Changes to Insurance Requirements. City may require Contractor to increase or decrease insurance of any of the insurance types required herein throughout the term of this contract. Any increase or decrease in insurance will be as deemed appropriate by the Risk Manager to adequately protect the City. The City shall notify Contractor in writing of changes in the insurance requirements. If Contractor does not deposit copies of acceptable certificates of insurance and endorsements with the City incorporating such changes within 30 days of receipt of such notice, Contractor shall be in breach without further notice, and the City is entitled to all legal remedies. If any change in the insurance requirements required by the City increases Contractor’s costs, then City shall pay Contractor an amount equal to Contractor’s costs (including Contractor’s internal costs (salaries, benefits, and overhead) of obtaining such new insurance.
Changes to Insurance Requirements. From time to time, Lender may require insurance against other hazards, as such hazards are commonly insured against by reasonably prudent business persons operating properties of similar construction, configuration and location, or as such insurance is required by law. These insurance requirements may be modified or amended by Lender in its sole discretion. Upon expiration of any existing policy, a replacement policy meeting such modified or amended insurance requirements shall be provided.
Changes to Insurance Requirements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may agree upon different insurance requirements following the execution of this Agreement. By way of example only, and without limitation, the CSA may request that KSM seek a higher or lower amount of one or more types of coverage described in Section 7.1(A)-(G). Regardless of any such change(s), however, the cost to KSM of securing insurance under Article 7 shall remain an Operating Expense.

The parties acknowledge and agree that circumstances affecting, among other things, the Airport, City, Airline, the aviation industry and the insurance market may occur during the Term hereof and, as a consequence, City may, upon written notice and after consultation with Signatory Airlines, adjust the insurance requirements set forth in this section at any time during the Term if, in City’s judgment, the insurance requirements of this Agreement are deemed inadequate to properly protect City and/or the Airport and Airline shall promptly comply with such adjustment(s). Any changes to insurance requirements will be implemented at the next applicable insurance policy renewal term.

Any modification or variation from the insurance requirements in the IGA shall be made by the Contract Manager, after consultation with the Risk Manager or County Attorney’s Office. Such action will not require a formal contract amendment, but may be made by administrative action.
Changes to Insurance Requirements. From time to time, and in any event not more frequently than once per year, PGCC may reasonably adjust the amounts, types and deductibles of the insurance coverage required.
