Types Required. Tenant, Tenant’s Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry comprehensive general liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in forms and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in Article 26 of the Lease.
