Change of Position. I acknowledge and agree that any change in my position or title with the Company shall not cause this Agreement to terminate and shall not effect any change in my obligations under this Agreement.
Change of Position. In the promotion, transfer, or demotion of employees covered by this Agreement, efficiency, qualification and competency will be the primary consideration as they relate to the new position, and where such requirements are relatively equal, seniority will be the determining factor.
Change of Position. If the Employer changes Employee’s position or title with the Employer, or transfers Employee from one affiliate to another, this Agreement and Employee’s obligations hereunder will remain in force.
Change of Position. 14.9 When a position is vacant and the campus policy requires that a recruitment search be conducted, the employee selected for a position that requires movement to a new classification may be required to serve a new probationary period. The length of service required for such a new probationary period shall be determined by the President, but any such new probationary period shall not exceed one year.

Change of Position. If the Company changes my position or title with the Company, or my employment changes from one Xxxxxxx Company to another, this Agreement and my obligations hereunder will remain in force.
Change of Position. If any Veralto Company changes my position or title with it, or if my employment changes from one Veralto Company to another, this Agreement and my obligations hereunder will remain in force.
Change of Position. If Agilysys changes your position such that your responsibilities or compensation are substantially lessened, or if you are required to relocate to a facility more than 50 miles away from your current location (referred to collectively as a “Change of Position”), then you may, within 30 days of such Change of Position, give Agilysys written notice that you are terminating your employment for this reason. Such termination for Change of Position will be deemed a termination by Agilysys without Cause for purposes of this Agreement and you shall be entitled to the Severance Payments described in Paragraph 5.B., above.
Change of Position. When an employee changes from a position outside the nurses’ bargaining unit to a position within the nurses’ bargaining unit (voluntarily or involuntarily), the employee will begin a new period of seniority.
Change of Position. The Parties agree that Party A has the right, per its business requirements and Party B’s skills, change Party B’s position at any time, provided that there is open dialogue between the Parties regarding the change of position, and provided that any such change of position shall be accomplished on the basis of mutual understanding of the Parties and shall include any applicable adjustments to Party B’s compensations.
