Certification Term. Certified Member's rights and obligations under this Exhibit A shall commence on the date you successfully complete the Certification Curriculum and will terminate upon Certified Member's loss or other termination of Certification Status or upon termination of the Program membership.

Certification Term. Unless earlier terminated in accordance with these Service Terms, the term of this Service Agreement shall begin on the Certification Date as defined in 2.2 below and expire three (3) years from the Certification Date (“Initial Term”). If Client desires to maintain certification after expiration of the Initial Term, you must give UL Solutions Contracting Party written notice at least one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days before the Initial Term expires. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to enter into a new Service Agreement using the then current level Service Terms which may have changed during the Certification Term. If the parties have not executed a new Service Agreement by the date of expiration of the Initial Term nor agreed in writing to extend the Initial Term of this Service Agreement, the Service Agreement and all licenses granted to you herein shall expire.
Certification Term. The term during which you may use your applicable Certification designation will commence upon achieving your Certification designation and will continue for a period defined for each Certification designation in our VMware Certification Policies or expired by VMware. To maintain your Certification designation, you must complete the designated continuing certification requirements prior to the end of your Certification Term. If you do not complete such continuing certification requirements by the end of your Certification Term, your Certification Designation will terminate. VMware will publicly announce any changes to such requirements, re-certifications, and set reasonable deadlines for achieving those requirements in order to maintain Certification status.
Certification Term. The Term during which you may use your applicable Title shall commence on acceptance of the Certification Materials, and shall continue until terminated, provided that the OMG Certification requirements have not changed. You acknowledge that OMG has the right to change the requirements associated with obtaining or maintaining OMG Certifications at any time. At your request, OMG shall provide you with the then current certification requirements. OMG will publicly announce the establishment of additional requirements for certifications.

The term during which You may use Your applicable Certification Designation will commence upon achieving Your Certification Designation and continue for the period defined for each Certification Designation or as otherwise expired by Alteryx. To maintain Your Certification Designation, you must fulfill any continuing Certification requirements in accordance with Alteryx’s Certification policies.
Certification Term. GEM shall perform the Certification Services (“Certification Term”) commencing upon the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of the following occur:

To maintain your Certification Designation, you must complete the designated continuing Certification Requirements prior to the end of your Certification Term. If you do not complete such continuing Certification Requirements by the end of your Certification Term, your Certification Designation will terminate. Lenovo will publicly announce any changes to such requirements, re-certifications, and set reasonable deadlines for achieving those requirements in order to maintain Certification status.
