No Cheating Sample Clauses

No Cheating. You agree that all work submitted by you in completing the certification exam and in satisfaction of the certification requirements, including certification exam answers, assignments, resolutions and personal registration information, is entirely your own. You will neither: (i) provide nor accept improper assistance; nor (ii) use unauthorized materials in attempting to satisfy certification requirements (including unauthorized certification content provided by third parties).

No Cheating. You and your guest are expected to compete in Events to the best of your own skill and ability. Any form of cheating by any Member or guest will not be tolerated. Any activities intended to improperly impact the outcome of an Event, as determined by the sole discretion of DEL, are prohibited. Examples of cheating or improperly impacting an Event include (i) collusion or match-fixing, (ii) attempts to interfere with another player’s connection to the game, (iii) allowing a person, other than the registered participant, to compete on behalf of the registered participant, (iv) hacking of game servers, (v) use of unauthorized or restricted items, (vi) violent, harassing or threatening behavior, or (vii) using bots or other mechanisms to influence the outcome of a game.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.

All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.

  • SUB-CONTRACTING 31.1. The Authority approves the appointment of the sub-contractors specified in Schedule 10 (Approved Sub-contractors) in respect of the obligations specified in that Schedule.

  • Sanitation The Purchaser’s operations, as described by this contract, shall comply with all applicable State laws, rules and regulations concerning sanitation in operations. Refuse resulting from the Purchaser’s activities, including the use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment, shall be removed, buried or otherwise disposed of in a manner that complies with all State laws and meets the approval of the Forest Officer. The Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks and similar pieces of equipment on lands that directly drain into or are within 100 feet of lakes, streams or recreational facilities. No logging camp will be located on the gross sale area without prior approval by the Forest Officer.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.
