Program Membership. A school administrative unit may petition to join the Program upon a majority vote of the governing body of the petitioning school unit. Any petition to join must be approved by a majority of the Executive Officer Board and the Board of Directors of the Program. A school administrative unit that joins the Program pursuant to this Section 5(a) must agree to be subject to the terms of this Agreement. If a school administrative unit that withdrew from the Program later petitions to re-join, the petitioning unit may be assessed for any costs and liabilities that were not adequately recovered through a withdrawal agreement.

Program Membership. Once enrolled into the Program as a Member by completing all of the steps outlined in Section 1c, Patient shall be eligible to receive certain primary care medical services (“Program Services”) provided by Practice as specified in Appendix A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Practice may add or discontinue a service in Appendix A in its sole discretion by emailing or regular mail Patient at least thirty (30) days prior to the change.
Program Membership. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Participant may receive a designation of its participation in this Agreement on a Coupa website. Participant shall participate in program activities that are designated and communicated by Coupa during the term of the Agreement. Participant grants Coupa the use of its name and logo for the purpose of listing Participant as a participant of the CoupaLink Program on a Coupa website and in Coupa marketing information. Upon Coupa’s request, Participant shall promptly provide Coupa with the artwork of Participant’s name and/or logo in the form and on the media specified by Coupa. Use of the other party's name or logo shall not create any right, title or interest in or to the same; all such use and goodwill associated with such name and logo will inure to the benefit of the respective owner of such name or logo. Each party agrees to comply with reasonable use instructions provided by the other from time to time in connection with such usage.
Program Membership. On execution of this document Licensee joins the TrustedWorld™ Partner Program as an e-security/ISV member. Benefits of the program as described in the TrustedWorld™ Partner Program Guide (the "Program Guide") and the specific benefits of e-security/ISV membership (the "Partner Guide") are automatically made available to Licensee. Baltimore reserves the absolute right to amend the Program and Partner Guides from time to time, and copies of any such amendments will be made available to Licensee within thirty (30) days of release. Licensee acknowledges and accepts that termination or expiry of its Licensee status will automatically terminate its membership in the TrustedWorld™ Partner Program. Licensee agrees to insert and maintain, within the Licensee Product and marketing materials, in the manner described in this Section, the e-Security Seal in the same manner as detailed in section 9 above pertaining to Baltimore trademarks, logos and proprietary notices.

  • Committee Membership 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.
