Certificated Personnel Year End Assessment Report (Form D). = Evaluation form adopted 19 by the District to document personnel performance. 21 Probation = A period of time, beginning after October 15th but no later than February 1st, and 22 ending sixty (60) school days after the start date, during which the employee has the 23 opportunity to demonstrate improvements in his/her areas of deficiency. 25 Meets or Exceeds Standards = Meets or exceeds expectations for a specific standard on the 26 Summative Evaluation Review (Form B). 27 28 Approaches Standard = working toward expectations for a specific standard on the 29 Summative Evaluation Review (Form B).   • ASSESSMENT REPORT Within 120 days following the general election held on November 2nd 2003, the returning officer of the munici- pality shall forward, in accordance with section 659.3 of the Act respecting elections and referendums in munici- palities (R.S.Q., c. E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed.   • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • UNION DUES AND ASSESSMENTS (a) The Employer shall, as a condition of employment, deduct from the wages or salary of each employee in the bargaining unit, whether or not the employee is a member of the Union, the amount of the regular dues payable to the Union by a member of the Union.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.

  • Report Format The Project Schedule shall be presented primarily in a bar-chart format, as well as additional tabular or matrix reports that may be requested.
