Supervising Administrator. The appropriate supervising administrator will serve on the team. (See section 14B.18 for the identification of the appropriate administrator.)
Supervising Administrator the administrator who has responsibility for implementing the decision which gives rise to the grievance.
Supervising Administrator. Administrator with direct supervisory responsibility over a full-time faculty member. Examples may be: Vice President, Xxxxxxx, Associate Vice President, or Xxxx.
Supervising Administrator. A building principal, assistant principal, and may include the director of special services.
Supervising Administrator. The individual who serves as the ranking administrator at the work location.
Supervising Administrator. 178 Supervising Administrator: Administrator with direct supervisory responsibility over a full-time faculty 179 member. Examples may be a Vice President, Xxxxxxx, Associate Xxxxxxx, Work-Force Administrator or 180 Xxxx.
Supervising Administrator. If the matter is not satisfactorily adjusted within five (5) days, the grievant shall tell their administrator of their intent to submit it in writing within seven (7) days to the grievant's supervising administrator, who may adjust the grievance or refer the matter to the appropriate administrator who has the authority to adjust the grievance. Such written grievance must be filed within fifteen (15)_ days of the date that the grievant knew or should have known of the act or circumstance giving rise to the grievance, except that an extension beyond fifteen (15) shall be given in cases of serious illness, but such extension shall not exceed fifteen (15) days. The supervising administrator shall meet with the grievant and a Federation Representative and must render their decision in writing with copies to the grievant and the Federation, within seven (7) days of the written submission to them by the grievant.
Supervising Administrator. The supervising administrator is the first (1st) District-designated administrator not within the same bargaining unit who has immediate jurisdiction over the grievant. File a Grievance - To deliver either personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the office of the immediate supervisor or the appropriate manager within the time limits as provided.
Supervising Administrator. The Supervising Administrator for contract faculty members designated as EOPS Counselors and associate faculty members performing EOPS assignments will be the Director of Student Support Programs. The Supervising Administrator for contract faculty members designated as General Counselors and associate faculty members performing general counseling assignments will be the supervising administrator by location.
