Car Hire In the event of an agreed repair and provided that the repair time is in accordance with Autodata schedules is in excess of 8 hours, a maximum of £20 per day inclusive of VAT (excluding petrol and insurance) may be reimbursed for up to a maximum of 5 days, (related to the actual repair times from the time repairs Commence) and provided that car hire is authorised by us prior to the start of the hire period. Natural movement of internal doors and furniture. The Dealer shall not be liable under the Mechanical Breakdown Warranty Agreement:

Casings. An allowance of $10 a day will be paid to any approved and competent Casings Room operator Leading Hand: An allowance of $15 a day shall be paid to the leading hand. First Aid: A first aid allowance of $2.13 per day shall be paid to any appropriately qualified employee who is required by the Company to perform first aid duties. The rates shown above are the minimum rates payable. Those who were employed in the Mutton Room Boning Team (including B Grade Boners) or the Slaughtering team, on the date on which the agreement is approved shall be paid at a weekly rate agreed in writing between the Employer and the individual employee. Such an Employee can only lose their place on the team by termination of their employment by the employer or employee or removal from the team using the disciplinary process, or their inability to perform the inherent requirements of their position. SCHEDULE B CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND THE CALCULATION OF NOMINAL HOURS Consistent with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Section 241), the following shall apply:
