Electrical Wiring. You acknowledge that CenturyLink may use existing wiring or alter existing wiring at the Subscription Location. You warrant that you own such existing wiring or have approvals from any landlord or property owner other than you to permit CenturyLink to use such existing wiring. You are responsible, at your expense, for all ground wire connections at the Subscription Location. You will also ensure availability of a separate electric source, circuits and power with suitable outlets at the Subscription Location. You will pay the cost of electricians or conduit, if required.
Electrical Wiring. Electrical wiring shall conform to the National Fire Protection Association NFPA 79 Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery 1979 Edition or superseding standards and the Chicago Electrical Code. Wires laid across floors shall be guarded by wood, metal, or other acceptable covers. All wiring for machines and displays must include one wire for ground.
Electrical Wiring. The main Contractor is require to secure the services/ a resource that will be responsible for rewiring the selected RDP houses and offering a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for every rewired house. The appointed service must be registered with the ECB and have relevant minimum experience in the field of 2 years. These services must be completed before ceiling board can be installed. - The electrician should install a temporary plug for the stove immediately after removing the coal.
Electrical Wiring. The occupancy of the Premises by Lessee shall constitute acceptance of the electrical wiring as it is with no further obligation upon the Lessor to repair or improve said wiring, and specifically the Lessee's occupancy constitutes acceptance of the electrical wiring as suitable for its use and purposes in the Premises and the Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever because of said wiring. It is further understood that the signature of the Lessee hereto constitutes a waiver of any liability on the part of the Lessor in case of a fire or other calamity caused by said electrical wiring after occupancy.

Electrical Wiring. All wiring will be coper with concealed and switch fitting and Developer will bear necessary expenses to install electric meter from WBSEDCL Ltd.

Install any additional conduits, wiring panels and transformers required in excess of base building systems to accommodate Tenant's power requirements.
Electrical Wiring. Lessor will supply wiring and meter to leased space. Lessee is responsible for any and all electrical installation required in leased space. Electrical work must be approved and installed by Lessor.
Electrical Wiring. 67 All wiring will be concealed copper and adequate outlet sockets will be provided. GENERATOR : For lighting the common service areas. WATER SUPPLY : Corporation/Boring water will be provided in the complex. INTERIOR WALL COASTS : All the interior walls will be finished with a coat of Plaster of Paris. LIFT : Automatic passenger Lifts of reputed brand shall be provided. COMMON TERRACE : Common roof meant for common use. FIRE FIGHTING : Fire fighting arrangements as required by The West Bengal Fire Service.
Electrical Wiring. Customer acknowledges that foreign voltages and lightning effects on equipment can be significant during electrical storms. Accordingly, Customer is responsible, at its expense, for all ground wire connections to Customer’s premises. Customer will also ensure availability of a separate electric source, circuits and power with suitable outlets. Customer is responsible for ensuring CenturyLink’s access to concealed wiring and for the availability of proximately located AC power. Unless otherwise stated in the order, Customer will pay the cost of electricians or conduit if required.
