Common use of CALL-IN PAY Clause in Contracts

CALL-IN PAY. 28 (1) An employee called in to work outside of the employee’s regularly scheduled shift shall 29 be credited with a minimum of 3 hours or the number of hours actually worked, 30 whichever is greater.

CALL-IN PAY. 28 24 (1) An employee called in to work outside of the employee’s 's regularly scheduled 25 shift shall 29 be credited with a minimum of 3 4 hours or the number of hours 26 actually worked, 30 whichever is greater.
