Business Equipment. The Company shall provide Executive business equipment to be utilized in accordance with the established policies, practices and procedures for executive officers of the Company.
Business Equipment. During the Employment Period, the Company shall provide Executive with equipment for business use in accordance with the Company’s then-existing device policy (“Business Equipment”). The Company also agrees to pay reasonable related monthly service charges for the Business Equipment. Executive understands that the Business Equipment provided by the Company is for business use and will remain the property of the Company. Upon termination of employment or on demand by the Company at any time, Executive agrees to immediately return the Business Equipment without copying, deleting or otherwise modifying any data, documents or information stored on the Business Equipment.
Business Equipment. Company shall provide Executive with ownership of the laptop computer assigned to him, after all proprietary information and software has been removed by Company from said laptop computer. Company and Executive agree such used equipment is of nominal value.
Business Equipment. If within the Operative Time an Insured Person sustains theft or loss of or damage to Business Equipment during an Insured Journey the Company shall indemnify the Insured for the benefit of the Insured Person the Replacement Value up to the Sum Insured per Insured Journey shown in the Business Travel Specification.
Business Equipment. During the Term, the Company shall provide, and pay or reimburse Executive for all expenses incurred in connection with acquiring, maintaining and using, in each such case a land-line telephone in his residence, a laptop, a cellular telephone or other similar hand-held device, and a car benefit suitable for the chief executive officer of a company of the size and nature of the Company, in each case, to the extent applicable, promptly upon presentation of appropriate supporting documentation and in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company.
Business Equipment. The CITY will provide to EMPLOYEE any job- related personal tools or equipment, such as a computer, cell phone, etc., that serve the professional development of EMPLOYEE and/or is needed to perform EMPLOYEE’S functions and duties. Upon termination, for any reason, EMPLOYEE shall return all business equipment to CITY no later than EMPLOYEE’S last day of employment.
Business Equipment. The Company shall furnish Executive with such computers, software, peripheral equipment and Internet access as Executive shall reasonably require for his business and home offices, and shall pay the associated monthly maintenance and access costs therefor. The Company also shall furnish Executive with a cellular telephone, and shall pay the monthly telephone xxxx therefor.
Business Equipment. Employer shall provide Employee with ownership of: the laptop computer assigned to him, after all proprietary information and software has been removed by Employer from said laptop computer. Employer and Employee agree such used equipment is of nominal value.
Business Equipment. Company agrees to provide Executive with an iPhone, iPad and laptop computer for business use (“Business Equipment”). Company also agrees to pay the related monthly service charges for the Business Equipment. Executive understands that the Business Equipment provided by Company is for business use and will remain the property of Company. Upon termination of employment or on demand by Company, Executive agrees to promptly return this Company-provided Business Equipment.
Business Equipment. Any property (other than money, vehicles, vehicle parts or accessories) required for the Insured Person to undertake their duties for the Insured that are the property of the Insured and for which the Insured Person is responsible that are taken on or obtained during the Business Trip.
