City Documents. All data, studies, reports and other documents prepared by Employee while performing his duties during the term of this Agreement shall be furnished to and become the property of the City, without restriction or limitation on their use. All ideas, memoranda, specifications, plans, procedures, drawings, descriptions, computer program data, input record data, written information, and other materials either created by or provided to Employee in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be held confidential by Employee to the extent permitted by applicable law, except as may be required by any governmental agency or court of competent jurisdiction. Such materials shall not be used by Employee, without the prior written consent of the City Manager, for any purposes other than the performance of his duties. Additionally, no such materials may be disclosed to any person or entity not connected with the performance of services under this Agreement, except as required by

All ideas, memoranda, specifications, plans, procedures, drawings, descriptions, computer program data, input record data, written information, and other materials either created by or provided to EMPLOYEE in connection with the performance of this AGREEMENT shall be held confidential by EMPLOYEE to the extent permitted by applicable law, except as may be required by any governmental agency or court of competent jurisdiction. Such materials shall not be used by EMPLOYEE, without the prior written consent of the City Council, for any purposes other than the performance of EMPLOYEE’s duties. Additionally, no such materials may be disclosed to any person or entity not connected with the performance of services under this AGREEMENT, except as required by (a) law, (b) any governmental agency, (c) subpoena, or (d) an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
City Documents. Landlord shall promptly following receipt of any notice from the City under the Redevelopment Agreement or City Parking Lease (as defined in Section 34), forward a copy of same to Tenant.
City Documents. The City Restrictions, the City Note, the City Loan Agreement, the City Deed of Trust, the City Subordination Agreement, and all other documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the City Loan.

City Documents. The Developer and the City have executed the City Documents.
City Documents. An original executed copy of each of the City Documents.
City Documents. The City shall provide Sonnenblick with copies of all reports, studies, analyses, correspondence and similar documents, including detailed property appraisals, prepared or commissioned by the City with respect to this Agreement and prior efforts to re-develop the marina promptly following execution of this Agreement with respect to documents then in its possession or under its reasonable control, and promptly upon their completion with respect to any subsequently prepared, similar documents.
