Bunker Hill Community College. (BHCC) is a comprehensive, multi-campus urban institution. The main Charlestown campus is situated on 42 acres in the historic Charlestown section of Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, the college operates three satellite campuses in the greater Boston area. Founded in 1973, BHCC is the largest community college in Massachusetts. The college currently enrolls more than 14,000 students in day, afternoon, evening, midnight, weekend, and web-based and distance-learning courses and programs each semester. The student body reflects the diversity of the urban community and encouraging this diversity is an essential part of the BHCC mission. Bunker Hill Community College seeks to become a national model for successfully incorporating the strengths of many cultures, ethnic backgrounds, age groups, and learning styles into the academic and extracurricular life of the institution.   • SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
